Happy Holidays!

I hope you’re having a wonderful holiday season!

Here at the homestead the kids are fully immersed in the magic of Christmas. Filled with stories of the Baby Jesus surrounded by the animals in a humble stable, and excited anticipation for surprises Santa and his elves might leave in their stockings.

Santa’s elves always leave a little something homemade in the stocking, and this year they made little books (Of course, the kids have no idea that I am actually Santa’s primary “elf”). The book made for my youngest was a cute coloring book on how dinosaurs get ready for the winter holidays. I hope you enjoy a little prehistoric holiday cheer with these coloring pages! 🙂

I hope you have a safe and happy New Year! I’ll see you on February 1st :D

Critter of the Month: Gargoyleosaurus

Meet Gertrude! She may be as tough and pokey as a gargoyle, but she loves to cuddle.

The little ballerina princess shivered as she stared up the sidewalk to Uncle Pete’s house. Tombstones rose up through the dense fog, and bones littered the ground. She nudged a giant rib with her toe, clutched her goodie bag and ribboned wand tightly, and stepped forward.

Happy Holidays!

I hope you’re enjoying the holidays this season! Alfred really liked what he found under the tree. 😀

No Critter of the Week this week since I’ve been spending quality time with family, but I’ll try my best to have next week’s updated critter all ready to go next Wednesday. Next week I’ll also be sharing the latest Baby news (I see my doctor on Friday), and more progress.

Until then, I hope your holiday celebrations are peaceful and full of joy!

P.S.- Any guesses for what’s in the box? 😀
